Practical Grammar Teaching for the Second Language Classroom

Pasan Athapaththu is a lecturer in the department of English language teaching at the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He holds a bachelor’s honours degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and a master’s in linguistics. He has experience in teaching pedagogical grammar, principles of curriculum and course design, critical theories in language education, and technology-enhanced language learning to undergraduate students specializing in TESL. His research interests include internet linguistics, second language learning experience, and curriculum development and syllabus design.
